Our movement includes, but isn't limited to dance, yoga, modified or adaptations of yoga for special populations, theater, Qigong, and improv comedy. Rowing, spinning, TRX®, BOSU® and The Willpower Method® are some of you formats you might find. Our clients range from 5 years old to 80 years old. We proudly boast that in our house you can find seniors twerking and children lying completely still. Our clients also range in fitness abilities.
Our instructors are passionate about their work and inspire when they teach.
